We're Hiring: Recruiter (Night Shift)
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 5, Main Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi
Pay:
We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in sales hiring, preferably from a software house or startup environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales recruitment
Strong sourcing skills using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
Hands-on experience with HRIS or management tools (Notion AI is a strong plus)
Graduation completed in HR domain only (mandatory)
Ability to work independently during night shift
Note: Candidates from non-HR backgrounds will not be called for interviews.
