Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

∙Source resumes through job portals, , databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels, a assigned. 

∙Create applicant assessments in ATS, based on job requirements 

∙Review, screen, and shortlist resumes based on job requirements. 

∙Conduct initial phone or video screenings with candidates. 

∙Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 

∙Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or tracking systems. 

∙Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 

∙Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

∙Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets. 

∙Compile other reports as required. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

∙Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. 

∙Strong resume sourcing and screening skills. 

∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - English.
