Senior Recruiter – Home Care (Remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM MST
Location: Remote in Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya(Solvo site cities only)

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with experience hiring in the US market . This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process, ensures compliance with US home care requirements, and maintains a strong talent pipeline. Strong organizational skills, high-volume hiring experience, and English proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment for caregiver roles in the US
• Job posting, resume screening, interviews
• Background & certification checks
• Candidate communication and pipeline management
• Use of ATS/CRM, reporting, and process improvement
• Collaboration with Operations, Scheduling, and leadership
