Position Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for open positions. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
+ Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and database searches.
+ Review resumes and conduct phone and video screenings.
+ Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
