What You Need to Succeed in This Role

• 1-2+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Hands‑on experience hiring and scaling both technical and non‑technical teams across Europe
• Good understanding of TA practices and how they power a FinTech company’s growth
