Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and specialized positions.
• Post job openings across multiple recruitment channels and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide continuous follow-up throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
