Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join the leadership team and lead the end-to-end recruitment of experienced residential and commercial mortgage brokers across Alberta and British Columbia. This role focuses on building a scalable, multi-channel recruiting engine that drives sourcing, conversion, onboarding, and long-term retention of high-performing brokers.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Build and manage a multi-channel pipeline of experienced mortgage brokers through outreach, referrals, networks, and events Attract and engage commission-based sales professionals through consultative, relationship-driven recruitment Guide candidates through long recruitment cycles and convert them into signed and active brokers Partner with onboarding and leadership teams to ensure smooth transition from offer to production Maintain structured pipeline tracking using ATS/CRM tools and Lin...
