Recruiter - Contract

Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter, for a contract up to the end of July . The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for the organisation, with focus on Sales recruitment. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.

Responsibilities Required

·Conducting deep sourcing assessments with candidates from a variety of sources, to deliver the best quality talent.

·Establish relationships with candidates to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities. 

·Submit and share fully assessed qualified talent to your Recruitment colleagues for next stages in the process.

Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes

·Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies

·Develop strong stakeholder relationships
