A North American insurance company with offices in both the USA and Canada is looking for a

Recruiter


with Advanced/Fluent English (professional working proficiency).

with 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience to join our team.

 Open to LATAM (100% remote / Paid in USD)

 Full-time | 40 hours/week

 U.S. EST working hours 

Key Responsibilities


•  Source, screen, and interview candidates for fast-paced Call Center (filing-focused) roles


•  Use multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, etc.


•  Run high-volume pipelines and move quickly from sourcing → shortlist → interviews


•  Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting, outreach, screening, follow-ups)


•  Support background checks / reference checks and ensure a smooth candidate experience


•  Partner with stakeholders to align on profile, speed, and hiring needs
