Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Retail and FMCG divisions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee relations and handle conflicts effectively.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet their HR needs.
- Maintain employee records and manage the HRIS system.
