Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Retail and FMCG divisions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee employee relations and handle conflicts effectively.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet their HR needs.
  • Maintain employee records and manage the HRIS system.
