About the Role
Matrix HR is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to support and grow our construction and industrial staffing operations across Canada. This is a hands-on agency role for someone who can manage requisitions end-to-end, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results.
This role is not entry-level. You will be expected to recruit, not just screen.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and
- placement
- Recruit for construction, industrial, and skilled trades roles (union and non-union)
- Manage multiple active requisitions across different client accounts
