Recruiter (BPO/Volume Hiring,WFH)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BPO and volume hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant databases.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
