We are currently looking for a Recruiter to be part of our Recruitment Team in Portugal (Oeiras)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates
• Administer tests, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates
• Post and manage meaningful job advertisements independently
• Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate
• Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment
• Maintain and update the social media channels & local market , such as Facebook, Instagram, ...
