Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing sourcing and recruiting strategies for assigned positions, ensuring the successful delivery of the entire recruitment process—from creative sourcing and interviewing to presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the TAS serves as the first point of contact for prospective team members and plays a critical role in hiring top talent for the organization.
