Job Summary
Responsible for managing the recruitment process for entry level and/or high volume positions within the Corewell Health system, delivering strong slates of qualified, diverse candidates to hiring managers. Ensures exceptional experiences for all Corewell Health applicants.
Essential Functions
+ Consults with hiring managers to understand position specific requirements. Ensures timely and accurate posting of positions, applicant review, and submission of applicants for hiring manager consideration, within the Applicant Tracking System.
+ Appropriately screens applicants to ensure qualifications and availability, in accordance with Affirmative Action requirements. Provides applicants complete and accurate information and communication.
+ Coordinates hiring events (“blitzes”) for assigned areas to drive efficiency and timeliness of hires.
