Role : Recruiter /Corporate HR Recruiter Responsibilities
• Assist senior recruiters with Sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across projects
• Work along with Senior recruiters to understand hiring leaders' needs and deliver value by crafting best solutions for them
• Create an excellent experience, supporting talent assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
• Support with scheduling interviews and candidate onboarding processes.
• Conduct basic administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and record management.
• Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
• Utilize basic Excel functions to analyze and present recruitment data (as instructed).
