Job Description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and able to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should also have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for executing robust talent attraction and search strategies based on hiring objectives to generate a diverse pool of highly skilled candidates to staff open and/or confidential positions and create candidate pipelines for future needs.
  2. Leverages data to analyze hiring trends.
  3. Influences others within and outside the department regarding concepts, policies, and best practices.
  4. Drives the sourcing strategy, identifying and recommending process improvements.

Qualifications

  1. +2 years of experience in the Recruitment area
  2. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
