We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruiter to join a leading global engineering company, based in Kildare, for a 6 month contract. In this role, you will partner closely with the business to hire top talent for the Ireland operation. RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

  • Support full life‑cycle recruitment and ensure a seamless Hiring Manager and Candidate experience
  • Partner with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders to understand unique market needs, challenges, and the effectiveness of recruitment plans
  • Conduct strategic talent mapping and deploy advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent
