Recruiter (3 months FTC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for Sales & Business Development positions (For Mexico office), from sourcing to offer management
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across business units to define hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent.
• Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process
• Drive sourcing strategies through direct headhunting, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
• Build and manage strong pipelines in crypto, fintech, and other digital-first industries .

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house or executive search.
• Business Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus
