+ Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
+ (CTRS) Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
+ Bachelors Degree
+ Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
