As the Recreation / Therapy Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by developing, implementing, and evaluating meaningful recreation and therapeutic programs that support physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well‑being. Working collaboratively with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners, you will help create a vibrant and engaging environment where residents can thrive.
