Recreation Specialist (ITT)

Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the Information, Tickets, and Tours (ITT) at the Community Center on Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. This is a Regular Full Time position with a guaranteed 35 hours/week. Position is subject to an irregular tour of duty. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, schedules and coordinates nonrecurring program segments in accordance with guidelines to support community interests and needs. This includes arranging for supplies and support services such as transportation and drivers, facilities, security and funding. Responsible for ticket resale, tours, and special events. Works with Marketing department to ensure the ITT program and its activities are well publicized. Negotiates contracts with vendors and is responsible for the accurate and proper receipt, control and distribution of tickets.
