**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**

+ Welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
+ Manage reservations, bookings, and scheduling for recreation activities and spa services efficiently.
+ Provide guests with accurate information regarding recreational facilities, activities, programs, and hotel services.
+ Maintain up-to-date guest profiles, booking records, and attendance documentation.
+ Handle payments, billing, and cash transactions in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
+ Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
+ Coordinate closely with the Recreation & Spa team to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
+ Ensure the reception area and recreation facilities are consistently clean, organized, and welcoming.
