Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual program plans ensuring the work areas are set up for future organizational success.
  • Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs and services to ensure community needs are met.
  • Contribute to the strategy of the Active Pass+ monthly membership.
  • Coordinate recruiting, hiring and retention strategies for contract instructors.
