Recreation Program Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full‑time youth summer position for a Recreation Program Coordinator at Rainbow Routes Association. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team, who love working in the outdoors with our community. The role involves coordinating volunteers, building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, and promoting the missions and values of Rainbow Routes Association. The role will be a mix of time on the Rainbow Routes trails and our office at Minnow Lake Place.

Lead Tasks

• Coordinate Trail Keepers who volunteer on the trails
• Communicate with key partners regarding upcoming trail events
• Attend hike programs while promoting the mission and values of our Association
• Support and attend the upcoming 9th Sudbury Camino
• Work with community partners to elevate the Green Prescription Movement
