  • Hours: 75 hours bi‑weekly, days, evenings, weekends

  • Hiring rate: $23.26 per collective agreement/employee association agreement

Responsibilities

  • Be enrolled in / completed diploma or degree recreation/leisure studies and/or gerontology from a community college or university
  • Display a caring and respectful attitude toward residents, families, and team members
  • Support and embrace a resident‑centered social culture
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Foster exemplary relationships with residents, their families, and the Village team to deliver holistic care that focuses on flexible living and quality of life
  • Plan and implement programs
