Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the 31st Force Support Squadron, Aviano Lanes (Area 1), Aviano AB, Italy. The primary purpose of this position incumbent is responsible for manning the customer service desk within the bowling center. Responsibilities Types of duties include but are not limited to the following: handle and collects cash and credit transactions, takes reservations and payments for scheduled activities, operates Point of Sales system (POS), assigns lockers, assists in taking inventory and replenish pro-shop merchandise, as needed. Responsible for basic slot machine operations and slot pay outs. Decorates and cleans up for scheduled activities (i.e. for special events, activities, or parties). Responsible for manning the customer service desk and maintains the cleanliness of assigned work areas (i.e., tables, restrooms, floors & shoes).
