Job Description

The Recovery Support Worker provides individualized, recovery‑focused support to women in our Transitional Housing program who are experiencing poverty, homelessness, mental health challenges, addictions, and other intersectional barriers. The role is responsible for supporting the development of recovery service plans, delivering both individual and group addiction‑focused support, and connecting clients with community services that align with their goals. Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with community agencies and services, the Recovery Support Worker helps clients achieve stability, strengthen their recovery and transition to long‑term housing. This position is on‑site within the Transitional Housing program and follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
