Recovery Navigator: Intensive Mental Health Support

Second Step is seeking Recovery Navigators to join our Intensive Outreach Service Team in Westbury, England. This role involves providing personalized, trauma-informed support to individuals facing complex mental health needs, ensuring a person-centered approach during critical times. As a Recovery Navigator, you will conduct support conversations, assess individual needs, and deliver effective coping strategies to aid clients on their recovery journey.
