Recovery Coordinator – Reconnect to Health (Low Newton)

Location: HMP Low Newton, Finchale Avenue, DH1 5YA

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00‑16:00

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £25,877.80 – £34,240 (full earning potential; starting salary depends on experience and progression within the band)

About the Role

Provide collaborative recovery planning and case management for substance misusers (drug and alcohol) and their families across all stages of their recovery journey, from assessment and engagement to sustained recovery. Support individuals both in custody and through to release in partnership with prisons, community treatment services and multi‑disciplinary teams.
