  • Maintain and manage physical and digital records, supporting staff with HP Content Manager (EDRMS) and handling mail, retrieval, and file creation requests.
  • Ensure compliance with PROV standards, assist with archiving, digitisation initiatives, and retention/disposal processes.
  • Requires 3+ years’ records and information management experience; hands-on operational role with hybrid work flexibility.
