Job Description

  • Collaborate with project teams to assess RIM implications of new technologies and workflows.

  • Support the development and implementation of records retention schedules and classification schemes.

  • Advise on privacy, security, and compliance requirements related to digital records.

  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures for digital information governance.

  • Participate in stakeholder consultations to understand information flows and risks.

  • Review and provide input on contracts, data sharing agreements, and system designs from a RIM perspective.

  • Support change management and training efforts related to RIM practices.

  • Maintain documentation and provide regular updates to the General Counsel.
