Job Description
Collaborate with project teams to assess RIM implications of new technologies and workflows.
Support the development and implementation of records retention schedules and classification schemes.
Advise on privacy, security, and compliance requirements related to digital records.
Assist in the development of policies and procedures for digital information governance.
Participate in stakeholder consultations to understand information flows and risks.
Review and provide input on contracts, data sharing agreements, and system designs from a RIM perspective.
Support change management and training efforts related to RIM practices.
Maintain documentation and provide regular updates to the General Counsel.
