Contribute to Ontario's capital markets as a Records Analyst at the Ontario Securities Commission. Help manage information assets while ensuring compliance and supporting internal and public data requests.
Reporting to the Manager of Records and Data Governance, this full-time position requires collaboration within the Information Services and Digital Solutions division. You will assist OSC employees in accessing records, ensure legal compliance, and support the organization of information assets. Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate public records/data requests under FIPPA
• Assist employees in locating and retrieving records
• Manage organization and classification of information assets
• Maintain relationships with third-party service providers
