The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily field operations on SERVPRO construction and reconstruction projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and to SERVPRO’s standards of quality and professionalism. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Superintendent manages on-site labor, coordinates subcontractors, supervises Construction Technicians, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and customer satisfaction requirements.
