Recommendation Algorithm Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking Algorithm/ML Engineers to lead research and development of content and advertisement recommendation models aimed at enhancing positive user interactions.

Responsibilities:

·       Conduct R&D on large-scale recommendation systems and user behavior modeling.

·       Design and implement multi-objective optimization algorithms to address competing goals.

·       Develop and analyze features; apply, fine-tune, and innovate state-of-the-art ML algorithms.

·       Launch A/B experiments and continuously optimize models to improve key performance indicators.

·       Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate business requirements into machine learning problems, define objectives, and implement solutions.

·       Provide strategic guidance to improve both user experience and business metrics.
