Job Description

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and the profile of the ideal candidate
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards as directed
  • Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other outreach efforts to source candidates
  • Manage and update company career pages on various platforms
  • Compile and report on recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process
  • Follow-ups with the TA team in regard to background checks and pre-employment screenings
