About the Company

One of our downtown Vancouver law firm clients is looking to add a Receptionist/Office Assistant to their team.



About the Role

In this role, you will greet clients, manage phone and lobby access, handle mail, and book boardrooms. You will also maintain the kitchen area, order office supplies, open and close files, assist with basic filing and printing tasks, and perform simple maintenance on photocopiers and other office equipment.



The Offer

The role offers a salary of up to $55,000 per year, along with benefits, and vacation.



What You Bring

To qualify for this role, you will have at least one year of reception experience and strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
