About The Opportunity
- Gain valuable exposure within a corporate legal setting
- This is a temporary role while they recruit for a permanent position, based in Auckland CBD
- Greet clients, manage meeting spaces, and support day-to-day office flow
- Support the Office Manager and Partners with daily operations and administration
- Manage reception duties including greeting clients and coordinating meetings
What You’ll Bring
- Previous reception or corporate office support experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- Ability to remain calm, confident, and adaptable in a busy environment
- Good judgement and emotional intelligence when dealing with clients
- Reliable, confident, and proactive approach to work
