We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist who is looking for a great opportunity that can unlock and change the future!

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering telephone, email queries and directing to appropriate departments.
  • Ensuring front of office and recreation area are tidy and organised
  • Managing guests check in and out
  • All around duties in the office
  • Managing the overall meeting rooms
  • Developing in house rules for all of the staffs
  • Arranging social media events and internal/external activities
  • To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • Excellent presentation skills and polite manners
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to details
  • Be flexible and available to assist in varies of needs inside and outside the office 
  • Proficiency in Office suite
