About the role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Windsor Toyota. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy dealership. This is a full-time position based at our Windsor, NSW location.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries with efficiency and care
  • Managing the reception area, including maintaining organisation and tidiness
  • Providing administrative support to the sales and service teams as required
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining up-to-date customer records
  • Assisting with various other administrative tasks as needed
