Details:

Seeking an Office Services/Admin professional to manage front desk operations and ensure smooth office functioning in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front desk support: greeting clients, handle inbound calls, provide assistance

Manage mail/couriers (FedEx, DHL), track and log shipments

Printing, scanning, and document coordination

Meeting & event support (room setup, catering, AV)

Office operations: inventory, supplies, vendor coordination

Process invoices and payments

Requirements:

1+ year experience in admin/reception (professional services preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
