Responsibilities
- Serving as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming clients and colleagues while maintaining an organized and professional front desk environment
- Answering incoming calls promptly and courteously, redirecting them to the appropriate departments or team members as needed
- Supporting the firm’s culture by demonstrating courteous, professional behaviour and fostering positive relationships
