Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Managing and summarizing emails, mail, and office messages.
  • Providing administrative support to the team.
  • Caretaking of the lobby area, receptionist desk, and the kitchen.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
  • One or more years of related experience working in a corporate environment.
