Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors
  • Efficiently manage the main phone line: answer calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take detailed messages
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times
  • Prepare and serve coffee and refreshments for guests and staff
  • Ensure meeting rooms and pantry areas are clean and organized
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks as assigned
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting rooms to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, ideally 1–2 years
