Temporary assignment. My client, an established group of companies based in Stellenbosch is seeking to employ a Receptionist.

The ideal candidate will have Matric and previous experience in reception, office administration, or facilities management is preferred.

Requirements

  • Matric or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in reception, office administration, or facilities management is preferred.
  • Computer skills to work on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
  • Ability to manage schedules, track resources effectively and pay attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanour and customer service orientation.
