Temporary assignment. My client, an established group of companies based in Stellenbosch is seeking to employ a Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have Matric and previous experience in reception, office administration, or facilities management is preferred.
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent.
- Previous experience in reception, office administration, or facilities management is preferred.
- Computer skills to work on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Ability to manage schedules, track resources effectively and pay attention to detail.
- Professional demeanour and customer service orientation.
