We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist based in St Albans for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Receptionist role
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Location: St Albans
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 9am-5.30pm
Responsibilities of the Receptionist
* Greet and deal with visitors in a professional matter
* Answer all incoming calls professionally and efficiently
* General reception duties
* Opening/scanning incoming mail and franking outgoing mail
* Scanning and inputting archive data
* Keeping meeting rooms tidy and stocked
* Opening and locking front doors
* Assist with general administration within other departments if required
* Diary management
* Monitoring emails and forwarding where relevant
* Assisting with arranging required social events
