Silver Search is partnering with a well established multi disciplinary specialist practice in the Eastern Suburbs to recruit an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their front of house team.

This role suits someone confident working in a fast-paced, modern practice supporting multiple doctors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front desk reception and patient check-in
  • Managing a busy phone system and appointment scheduling
  • Supporting multiple doctors across a specialist practice
  • Handling patient enquiries, referrals and correspondence
  • Billing, invoicing and payment processing
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and systems

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (specialist practice preferred)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite & Xestro.
