Job Purpose

To provide courteous, efficient, and professional front desk services by welcoming guests, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries, thereby ensuring a positive guest experience and smooth hotel operations in line with company standards.

Accountabilities

The accountabilities have been divided into Plan-Deploy-Lead-Execute to enable

  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction at the front desk
  • Maintain accuracy in reservations, billing, and cash handling
  • Protect confidentiality and security of guest information
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with housekeeping and other departments
  • Maintain a professional, clean, and organized front desk area
  • Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, SOPs, and service standards
