Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend to phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally
Provide general administrative support to the Principal and Vice-Principals
Assist with scheduling, filing, and record‑keeping
Support coordination of meetings, events, and daily office operations
Handle other duties as assigned by management
Requirements- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)
- Mondays - Thursdays: 7:30am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
