Drive Autogroup, is currently looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team As a Receptionist you will be responsible for creating a lasting and outstanding customer service experience to all customers of the dealership. The ideal candidate should be friendly and approachable, and can expect that this role require you to do the following: 

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner as they enter the dealership 
  • Personalize every interaction with customers by answering any questions that they may have, and directing them to the appropriate department and/or personnel as needed
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department in a courteous and professional manner
  • Distribute mail/faxes and coordinate courier pickups
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and customer waiting area
